Curly Fries for Breakfast? The Paderno Spiralizer tells me YES!!!

Paderno Spiralizer Eat Clean

Curly Fries with the Paderno Spiralizer

You guys. I might be a kitchen gadgetaholic. I absolutely love fun and innovative ways to cook – especially when they lessen the chance that I’ll cut my fingers off or start a grease fire while cooking dinner! Last week, I was doing some Pinteresting and decided to check out recipes for “zoodles.” I freaking love zoodles. BUT…the little zucchini scraper/noodle maker that I picked up last year doesn’t really do the trick. I kept seeing post after post about the Paderno Spiralizer .

Of course, my mind starts reeling.

Zucchini. Sweet Potatoes. Cucumbers. Carrots. Apples. Eggplant. Gracious. I don’t even know what I’m going to do with all these fruit and veggie spirals, but somehow…the Paderno Spiralizer hopped in my Amazon cart and after a mindless one-click, it showed up at our house two days later.

I watched a few YouTube vids to see just how to operate this thing. Here are my takeaways after using it three times in the last few days. It’s easy to set-up; simple to operate; and just as easy to clean! Win win win, in my book. The Paderno Spiralizer is here to stay. The best part? It makes clean eating even more fun than it already was.

Why is that you ask?

Because I ate fries for breakfast. AND DID NOT FEEL GUILTY. Because, my fries came in the form of one sweet potato; a little olive oil; cayenne; paprika; salt; garlic salt and onion. Nothing unhealthy and SO SUPER DELICIOUS. Check out the recipe I used, here.

If you want to know more about what you can do with a Paderno Spiralizer, some Googling, Pinteresting and YouTubing will tell you all. It’s not a difficult gadget to use and your kids will think it’s super fun to eat curly veggies. Also? If you haven’t had zoodles, I trust you will this zucchini season when everyone is basically forcing their zucchini surplus on you. Zoodles are a great clean eating alternative to noodles. You’re welcome, in advcance, for that advice.

Do you already have a Paderno Spiralizer or another brand? Let me know what your favorite spiralized treats are. I can’t wait to hear!

Oh, PS., I guess the FTC needs me to tell you that this post contains affiliate links. If you click-through one of the links above and buy a spiralizer, I might get a quarter or so. 🙂 Thanks!
