You guys!! Happy #motivationmoday. Since Break Free. Be Fit’s re-branding last week, our community has increased by over 100 new Facebook followers and over 100 new Instagram followers! I hope this blog is an encouragement to you because the support I see among followers and support returned to me is phenomenal and an incredible motivation!
I wrote a piece on this last week, but it’s worth mentioning again and again. When we desire to be better and do better, it’s crucial to have support from those around us. We are driven by others – by their success, their ideas, their cheerleading, their positivity and their tips! I SO ENJOY our community and I am so thankful that over 800 people have banded together to Break Free. and Be Fit. together, through this online community. 🙂 Thank you for encouraging me, but especially one another!!
I have another perfect opportunity for group encouragement coming up! On February 15th, my friend and fellow fitness coach, Laura, and I are kicking off an online Shape Up for Spring Group.
